Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the service team overseeing repair and maintenance across property facilities and apartment homes. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure facilities meet high standards, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver license, and on-call/weekend availability; on-site work at multiple properties with a strong culture and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Driver license and reliable transportation required.
• On-call and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and fixtures (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves).
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation.
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures and electrical fixtures/switches.
• Operate various tools and maintain the maintenance shop and inventory.
