Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the service and office teams to maintain and repair property facilities and apartment homes to high standards.

Responsibilities include plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC maintenance, with opportunities for growth and involvement in a collaborative, family-oriented culture. This is a full-time role with regular hours and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license required.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.
• Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units and replace filters.
• Repair or replace kitchen appliances, sinks, fixtures, and electrical components.
• Handle lock changes and door hardware installation.
• Operate hand and power tools and keep maintenance shop organized.
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software systems.
