Job summary

Olympus Property in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site service team. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, and fixtures across our communities.

We require at least 2 years of maintenance experience; EPA/HVAC license preferred. Full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with occasional weekend and emergency availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• Available for emergencies and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests for plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Maintain HVAC units including filter changes and cleaning coils.
• Repair or replace kitchen appliances and fixtures.
• Handle electrical fixtures and switches.
• Track service requests via software and organize inventory.
• Support grounds, common areas, and pools as needed.
• Coordinate with Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance when required.
