Olympus Property is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for 206 Apartments & Spring Oaks in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will work with the service team to maintain apartment homes, handle repairs, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and appliances.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a valid driver license. On-call and weekend availability are expected, with opportunities for growth and benefits through Olympus Property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred or EPA/HVAC license/CAMT.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and related fixtures.
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Lock changes, door replacements, and lock systems.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain shop and inventory.
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software systems.
