Olympus Property is seeking a full-time maintenance technician in Nashville to provide comprehensive service across apartment communities. You will repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and related building systems while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license and CPO certification are required.
• Available for emergencies and on-call shifts as needed.
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replace filters, clean coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs and installations.
• Repair or replace fixtures, electrical and door hardware.
• Operate tools and maintain maintenance shop and inventory.
• Track service requests through software systems and coordinate with teams.
• Assist grounds, common areas, and pool maintenance; on-call emergencies.
