Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work order requests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate status updates on work orders to stakeholders.
• Report hazardous conditions to the Facilities Manager for prompt action.
• Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, windows).
• Maintain property grounds (mowing, snow removal, shrub/plant care).
• Keep inspection and preventive maintenance records up to date with funded program requirements.
• Assist with donation and furniture pickup/delivery as needed.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for off-hours and emergencies.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on planned maintenance and projects.
• Clean and repair units to prepare for turnover.
