Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring is seeking a Housing Support Staff to oversee day-to-day operations at housing sites across the South Shore. The role includes entering participant homes, transporting participants, and working independently within a collaborative team.

Applicants should have an associate degree in human services or 1–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination. A strong emphasis on privacy, safety, and policy adherence is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field or 1–3 years of experience.
• A combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to transport participants as needed.
• Commitment to privacy and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing new or revised tenant policies and protocols.
• Maintain privacy of all guest/program participant information.
• Report privacy concerns to management without retaliation.
• Provide oversight of housing sites as part of a larger team and ensure a safe environment for tenants.
• Maintain tenant recordkeeping including guest files and incident logs.
