• Reports concerns regarding privacy or policy violations to management without retaliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of housing sites and maintain a safe tenant environment.
• Enter participant homes when needed and transport participants as necessary.
• Support policy implementation and tenant protocol with case managers and staff.
• Maintain tenant records (guest files, logbooks, incident logs) and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate referrals and make recommendations for service improvements as needed.
• Travel within local area may be required and valid driver’s license and good driving record are needed.
