Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain a safe, attractive living environment for residents. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, help with turnovers, and support property operations.

You’ll work with a skilled team, maintain logs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely responses to requests; onsite sign-in-bonus offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting skills.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong communication and ability to interact with residents and colleagues.
• Valid transportation and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests accurately and timely.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and landscaping.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
