Job summary

SG Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee repairs and upkeep of occupied and vacant homes within our communities in Georgia. You will handle general maintenance, lawn care, plumbing, and light electrical tasks to keep buildings safe and attractive.

The role involves working 5 days a week with on-call duties, handling emergency requests as needed, and performing duties across grounds, buildings, and mobile homes.

Qualifications

• General maintenance on homes, buildings, and grounds.
• Lawn care including mowing, edging, and weed control.
• Basic plumbing knowledge for water/sewer connections.
• Basic electrical work and painting for repairs and rehab.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform lawn care and general grounds maintenance.
• Apply plumbing knowledge for water/sewer connections and repairs.
• Repair and rehab mobile homes and perform light electrical work.
