Saratoga Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes, and to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in Albany, GA. The role includes completing maintenance tickets promptly and working a five-day week.

Responsibilities include lawn care, basic plumbing, painting, light electrical work, and rehab of mobile homes, with on-site operations and after-hours emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes, as well as maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner.
• Lawn care including mowing, edging, and weed spraying.
• Plumbing knowledge including water and sewer connections/lines.
• Repair and rehab of mobile homes.
• Painting and light electrical work.
• General park cleanup and equipment handling.
