Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Herriman, UT to perform routine repairs across apartment units and common areas.

You will respond to resident service requests in under 3 hours and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction. The role requires hands-on experience, tool operation, and a team-oriented, customer-first mindset.
