• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - 27.39 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
