• HVAC certification or hands-on HVAC maintenance experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission or regulatory compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general upkeep
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and urgent issues
• Support compliance with Health Department, Fire Department, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency maintenance
