Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the Sales Center and Welcome Center in our Florida locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and assist guests as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Required: High School Diploma, valid driver's license, knowledge of resort maintenance, and the ability to read work orders; we offer growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Sales Center and Welcome Center and performs upkeep tasks.
• Performs preventative maintenance on systems and fixtures (A/C, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Paints, performs basic carpentry, and handles landscaping duties.
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies the manager of issues.
• Assists guests as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
