You will handle work orders within 24–48 hours, assist with make-ready tasks for new leases, and coordinate with vendors when needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in units, common areas, and grounds.
• Complete make-ready tasks for new leases and inspect completed work.
• Process work orders within 24–48 hours and coordinate with vendors as needed.
