Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to promptly address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliances), and prepare market-ready apartments while maintaining grounds and common areas.

The role requires knowledge of housing laws, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, reliable transportation.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Willingness to work weekends and respond to emergencies after-hours.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections and report needed repairs or replacements.
