Job summary

Oxford Collection of hotels in Yakima, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property’s systems and equipment operating smoothly and safely. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the guest experience remains uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment and grounds.
• Assist with repairs to building structure, fixtures and systems with basic hand/tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other hotel systems and components.
• Support safe operation and cleanliness in accordance with standards.
• Maintain logs and communicate needs to supervisor and team.
