Oxford Collection of hotels seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure safety standards and high-quality upkeep, supporting a guest-first culture.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with building systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, and coordination with hotel departments to meet guest needs daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment and carpet care.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures and perform basic repairs in guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain grounds, pool, spa and cleaning of kitchen equipment; keep logs updated.
• Troubleshoot hotel systems including plumbing, electrical and HVAC controls.
• Assist with exterior/interior repairs and maintain building curb appeal.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to meet guest needs during shifts.
