Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general building maintenance or equivalent in a trade.
• Vocational School Certification preferred.
• Solid experience repairing mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize based on impact.
• Inspect and test life safety systems and generators for compliance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Coordinate with departments and contractors for emergency repairs.
• Assist with renovations and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Support night shift and on-call emergencies as needed.
