Job summary

Oxford Collection Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep of our hotel facilities. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and high standards while supporting guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Under supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC related tasks, perform basic repairs, and keep accurate logs. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical and other guest room repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Preventative Maintenance: perform routine preventive maintenance, fixtures repairs, and groundskeeping tasks according to schedule.
• Maintenance Repairs: assist in exterior/interior repairs, troubleshoot hotel systems and equipment.
• Guest Relations: engage with guests, address concerns, maintain professional demeanor.
• Other: communicate with staff, adhere to attendance policies, support hotel operations.
