Maxx Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Villas at Green Valley in Henderson, NV. This full-time role involves hands-on building and equipment maintenance, with opportunities to learn from experienced staff.

You will handle resident service requests, assist with vacancy prep, and participate in on-call emergencies while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects. We offer a competitive benefits package and ample growth potential.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (lightbulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
