Brookside Properties in Savannah, GA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance for multifamily properties, respond to after-hours calls, and prepare apartments for new residents.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years maintenance experience, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems skills, plus strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC experience and EPA certification are preferred.
• CPO and swimming pool experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
