Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Augusta, GA area. The role involves hands-on maintenance across multifamily properties, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with a focus on reliability and resident service.

Qualified candidates will have prior maintenance experience, EPA or CPO certifications preferred, and the ability to work an after-hours/on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• CPO Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls.
• Support property safety, inspection, and compliance standards.
