Qualifications

• High multi-trade maintenance experience in property management or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and repair.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance.
• Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Maintain HVAC systems and respond to repairs.
• Diagnose problems and replace parts.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals for required maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
