Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance across our communities. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety tasks while ensuring resident privacy and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing or electrical knowledge, and strong communication. Must be reliable for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts; HVAC/EPA/CPO certs may be required in some communities.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Align with Bell Core Values
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff
• Report malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor promptly
• Maintain resident privacy and entry permissions
• Keep maintenance items in safe areas to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and asphalt tasks
• Follow OSHA safety requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
