Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep across our communities in Florida. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll handle painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

You bring 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure safety of maintenance items and work areas.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
