Job summary

Better Talent is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, Colorado to respond promptly to work orders and perform a broad range of maintenance tasks. You will collaborate with guest services and owner relations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and property standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
• Work weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to work orders and resolve issues documenting work performed, materials used and time spent.
• Work orders include but are not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing light switches and thermostats, repairing toilet mechanical systems, cable and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, removing trash from units, installing and changing door locks and codes, clearing tub/sink drains, furniture repair/maintenance, propane exchanges, snow removal, hot tub checks, other duties as they present themselves.
• Work with guest services and owner relations to provide exceptional service to guests and owners.
• Calling and scheduling vendors as necessary.
• Working with a team to complete assigned work using communication with staff and management to increase efficiency.
