Job summary

Ski County Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado, seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle a wide range of tasks and respond quickly to work orders, ensuring our vacation homes stay in top condition. You will collaborate with guest services and owner relations to deliver exceptional service, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior Maintenance experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
• Work weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment; walking; stairs/ladders; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders promptly and document work performed, materials used and time spent.
• Replace light bulbs, light switches, and thermostats.
• Repair toilet mechanical systems and clear tub/sink drains.
• Troubleshoot cable, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity issues.
• Install, replace, and program door locks and access codes.
• Perform minor furniture repairs and general maintenance.
• Remove trash and debris from units as needed.
• Assist with snow removal during winter season.
• Conduct hot tub checks and basic upkeep.
• Work with guest services and owner relations to provide exceptional service to guests and owners.
• Calling and scheduling vendors as necessary.
