Job summary

The Pinnacle Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work at our Breckenridge, CO properties. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, quick repairs, and keeping guest homes safe and guest-ready.

The role requires hands-on problem solving across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, experience with tools, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs to minimize guest disruption.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with Lodging team and vendors for timely repairs.
• Document work orders, materials used, and system conditions.
