Zusammenfassung

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our service and office teams. You will ensure repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet our high standards.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, with a focus on preventive maintenance and HVAC support. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, an EPA/HVAC license, and a CPO certification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license required.
• CPO certification required.
• Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights/weekends).
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance requests across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Handle preventative maintenance and HVAC diagnostics; replace filters; clean coils.
• Repair/replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves.
• Conduct minor to moderate plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Repair electrical fixtures and switches; manage lock changes and door hardware.
• Operate common maintenance tools and keep shop organized.
• Track service requests and maintenance work in the system; assist with grounds and pools.
