Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the service team across our apartment communities. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and fixtures, while keeping properties in top condition.

You will track requests in our maintenance software, assist with grounds and common areas, and support emergency maintenance as needed. A minimum of 2 years of experience and HVAC knowledge or EPA license is preferred; hours are 9 AM–6 PM,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in commercial, residential, or apartment settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or EPA/HVAC license.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair tasks.
• Preventative maintenance and HVAC diagnostics, including filter changes and coil cleaning.
• Repair and replace appliances and fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation.
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Track service requests and maintenance work through software.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and pools; assist Lead Maintenance Technician.
