YES Communities in Davenport, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds clean, safe, and well stocked. You will respond to service requests, assist with home refurbishments, read water meters, and coordinate with residents and vendors.

This role requires a valid in-state driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a focus on safety. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operation experience is a plus, as are OSHA trainings and tablet-based work orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, safety, and cleanliness.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with refurbishments.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report issues.
• Respond to on-call emergencies per schedule.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and team; attend safety meetings.
