Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Maple Run community in Clio, MI. The role focuses on general grounds care and basic repairs to homes, with a 40-hour workweek and on-site duties.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities spanning lawn care, basic repairs, and safety compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Complete work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Interact courteously with residents, prospective residents and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, weeding, trimming and debris removal.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal pre-maintenance tasks.
