Job summary

Woodlake Trails is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform essential maintenance and repairs within our communities in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Candidates will conduct repairs to homes, maintain the property, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

Successful applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, ideally with prior maintenance experience. This role offers a range of benefits, including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6 months of maintenance experience in the apartment or manufactured housing industry preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and endure fluctuations in outdoor temperatures.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain physical integrity.
• Handle cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds and facilities.
• Conduct minor repairs to rental homes and facilities.
