Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician will bring units to market-ready condition and support maintenance across communities.

Hours may include weekends and after-hour emergencies. Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders to Peak Living standards, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
