Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and support building and common area maintenance across communities.

Typical hours vary by community needs and may include weekends and after-hour emergency services. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to Peak Living standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance within a property management environment.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
