Peak Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and support communities according to Peak Living standards.

Hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hour emergencies. Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common areas, and supporting preventative maintenance to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
