Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and support communities across our portfolio. Typical hours vary and may require weekends and after-hours emergency services.

You will complete make-ready maintenance, handle work orders, and assist with building, common area, and preventative maintenance programs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in property management.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repair tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• EPA/CPO certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
