Responsibilities include inspecting HVAC, water and wastewater systems, fire protection, and emergency generators; scheduling contractor work; maintaining the vehicle fleet; and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Inspects, services, and schedules maintenance for HVAC, Water, Wastewater, Fire Protection Systems, and Emergency Generator.
• Solicits contractor assistance as necessary.
• Inspects and maintains the facility's vehicle fleet.
• Maintains and upkeeps facility buildings and grounds.
• Responds to customer work requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Documents activities and outcomes; practices safety and sound judgment.
