Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a full-time role with rotating on-call weeks. The position supports a 42-bed residential facility for adolescent males, with a focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and reliable facility operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC and utility systems, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely responses to service requests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and background checks.
• Virginia Driver's License in good standing.
• Able to meet all training requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Inspects HVAC, Water, Wastewater Treatment, Fire Protection, and Emergency Generator systems.
• Solicits contractor assistance as necessary.
• Maintains and schedules upkeep for the vehicle fleet.
• Maintains and upkeeps facility buildings and grounds.
• Responds to customer work requests promptly.
• Responds to emergency calls and provides aid.
• Documents activities and outcomes.
• Follows safety practices and uses good judgment.
