Job summary

Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring reliable operation of HVAC and other building systems. The role includes on-call weeks with available pay incentives and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidate will have high school diploma and be able to pass pre-employment screenings, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet training requirements.

Qualifications

• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Inspects, services, and schedules maintenance for building systems and safety programs.
• Responds to customer work requests in a timely manner and supports on-call needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems and equipment.
• Perform inspections and tests on HVAC, water, wastewater, fire protection, and generator systems.
• Respond to emergencies and protect facility safety.
