Rudeen Management is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance tasks across multiple properties in Washington. Responsibilities include turning units for new tenants, painting, and appliance repairs. Candidates should have a high school diploma, and customer service skills, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds individually, regularly.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Perform painting tasks and some electrical/plumbing work.
• Repair appliances and maintain the grounds.
• Ensure curb appeal and upkeep of common areas.
• Track inventory and manage work orders.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5pm

Job Summary

This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will be expected to help maintain a safe environment for the residents, guests, and employees. Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders.

This position also will help out all Washington properties located in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Medical Lake, and Cheney.

Responsibilities

• Able to turn units in a timely manner – Getting vacant apartments ready for the new tenants to move in
• Painting
• Some electrical and plumbing work
• Repairing appliances
• Maintain the grounds
• Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties
• Track inventory and work order filing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1-year experience preferred, not required
• Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
• Valid driver license, preferred
• English language proficiency
• Great customer service
• General understanding of Microsoft Suites
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
