Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of mechanical rooms and maintenance areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Report safety hazards to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair work.
