Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• HVAC knowledge strongly preferred.
• Multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders quickly and thoroughly.
• Make ready apartments within 3–5 days of vacancy and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with on-call emergencies, nights, and weekends as required.
