• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from staff and guests
• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of mechanical rooms and maintenance areas
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces or guest room configurations
• Report safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair work

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience, preferably in hospitality
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and work orders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
