Job summary
Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities. Qualifications
- Experience in general hotel maintenance or hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Comfort with scheduling across shifts and responding to guest repair requests.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests and shifts.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
- Program TVs and manage engineering-related inventory.
