Travel + Leisure Co. in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Maintenance Tech II to provide quality upkeep of guest units and buildings, ensuring safe, comfortable stays for our travelers.

You’ll apply maintenance skills, handle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, and support ongoing operations during nights and weekends. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on HVAC, replacing electrical components, repairing walls, ceilings, and fixtures, and reporting deficiencies to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings.
• Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance and basic repairs to ensure guest units are functional.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, and electrical components; troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete interior wall and ceiling repairs, patching and painting.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety programs and maintain a professional appearance.
