Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance and ensure units are in optimal condition for guests. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs across painting, electrical, carpentry, and appliance areas, and assist with make-ready units.

The role requires basic handyman skills and the ability to work independently or with a team, with shifts 8 am–10 pm, part-time 3 days a week on site in Kapaa, HI.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient operation.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and repair fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape; report deficiencies in building systems to supervisor.
