Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our sites safe, clean, and well-maintained, while supporting management in day-to-day operations. We welcome applicants with no experience and offer comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow within the company.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks across HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and general site upkeep, while ensuring a positive customer experience and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Customer service orientation and safety awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing role providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment and systems (HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.) and conduct site inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Uphold safety policies and prioritize customer satisfaction at all times.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
